From pared back to bold statement looks, Dutch make up artist Nat van Zee has an intuitive flair for creating healthy, glowing skin with a graphic touch. Passionate about clean beauty Nat uses natural, organic and vegan beauty brand that are ethical and sustainable.
Taught by make up masters Pat McGrath, Val Garland and Dick Page during a decade of fashion shows in Paris, New York and London. Nat has been booked by Vogue, i-D, Style, Harpers Bazaar, Vivienne Westwood, Net-a-Porter, Nike and Selfridges. A hairstylist at origin she works as a session stylist on request, counting Gemma Arterton, Natalie Dormer, Cara, Poppy Delevingne, Karlie Kloss and Mark Ronson amongst her celebrity clients.
As a beauty consultant she has been the spokes person at cosmetic launches for Superdry, Topshop, and Ilia Beauty. Since 2012 Nat has researched and tested natural and organic beauty brands and is a judge on Psychologies Real Natural Beauty and Wellbeing Awards panel. In 2017 she launched www.vanzeebeauty, showcasing the cleanest beauty must-haves with beauty tutorials and expert tips. In collaboration with a team of creatives Nat casts, art directs and produces still & video content.
A keen educator Nat guest lectures at various institutions including London College of Fashion.
Salon and session trained Nat has worked as a hairstylist since ‘99 and does both make up & hair for advertising and menswear editorials.
